A round juicy citrus fruit with a tough bright reddish-yellow rind.

lemon n. ['lɛmən] 檸檬
A yellow, oval citrus fruit with thick skin and fragrant, acidic juice.

peach n. [pitʃ] 桃子
A round stone fruit with juicy yellow flesh and downy pinkish-yellow skin.

pear n. [pɛr] 梨子
A yellowish- or brownish-green edible fruit that is typically narrow at the stalk and wider toward the base.

pineapple n. ['paɪn͵æpl] 鳳梨
A large tropical fruit with a rough, tough skin and sweet, juicy yellow flesh.

carrot n. ['kærət] 胡蘿蔔
A tapering orange-colored root eaten as a vegetable.
